Titus 1:16
The Bible in Titus Chapter 1 Verse 16 says:
They profess that they know God; but by their works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
Interpretation of Titus Chapter 1 Verse 16
In Titus 1:16, the Apostle Paul is warning against false teachers who claim to know God, yet deny Him through their actions. He describes these people as “abominable” and “disobedient” and states that they are “reprobate” to any good work. In other words, they cannot be trusted to do what is right and just, and should not be followed. This passage serves as a reminder to us that our faith must be demonstrated through our actions.
