Revelation 11:2
The Bible in Revelation Chapter 11 Verse 2 says:
And the court which is without the temple leave without, and measure it not; for it hath been given unto the nations: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
Interpretation of Revelation Chapter 11 Verse 2
This verse is referring to the outer court of the temple in Jerusalem, which God has given over to the nations. The nations will trample the holy city of Jerusalem for 42 months, or 3 1/2 years. This is a reference to the time period of the Great Tribulation, which is a period of intense persecution and suffering for God’s people.
