Interpretation of Philippians Chapter 3 Verse 6
In Philippians 3:6, Paul is contrasting his previous life before becoming a follower of Jesus with his current life. He is saying that before he knew Jesus, he was extremely zealous and passionate about persecuting the church. However, he was very careful to follow the laws of his religion and was found to be blameless in his pursuit of righteousness. Paul is emphasizing that his experience and his commitment to his faith has given him a deep understanding of the power of God in his life. He is now devoted to living a life of righteousness and looking forward to a future with Christ.
