Philippians 1:16
The Bible in Philippians Chapter 1 Verse 16 says:
the one [do it] of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel;
Interpretation of Philippians Chapter 1 Verse 16
In Philippians 1:16, Paul is encouraging the believers in the church at Philippi to live in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. He encourages them to do so out of love, knowing that he is set apart to defend the gospel and proclaim it to the world. He is confident that God will use him to further the gospel, and encourages the church to live in a manner that will glorify it.
