Malachi 3:2
The Bible in Malachi Chapter 3 Verse 2 says:
But who can abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fuller’s soap:
Interpretation of Malachi Chapter 3 Verse 2
Malachi 3:2 speaks of the coming of the Lord and His judgement. The Lord will come like a refiner’s fire, purifying and cleansing us of all our sins. The Lord will come like fuller’s soap, which is used to clean and whiten clothing. The question is, who will be able to withstand the day of His coming? Who will be able to stand in His presence? Only those who have faith and trust in God will be able to stand firm when He appears.
