Interpretation of Luke Chapter 11 Verse 42
In Luke 11:42, Jesus is warning the Pharisees for their legalistic practices of tithing on every herb and neglecting justice and love for God. Jesus is telling them that it is important to practice justice and love for God, and not neglect them while focusing on the other. He is teaching them that they should not focus solely on the tithe and forget what is really important.
