Luke 11:33
The Bible in Luke Chapter 11 Verse 33 says:
No man, when he hath lighted a lamp, putteth it in a cellar, neither under the bushel, but on the stand, that they which enter in may see the light.
Interpretation of Luke Chapter 11 Verse 33
This verse is teaching us that when we have been given the light of truth, we should not hide it away but let it shine for all to see. This is a metaphor for sharing our faith and spreading the word of God. We should be lights that lead people to the truth and away from darkness. We should not be shy in sharing the light that we have been given, but rather be proud and radiate it for all to see.
