The Bible in John Chapter 12 Verse 41 says:
These things said Isaiah, because he saw his glory; and he spake of him.
Interpretation of John Chapter 12 Verse 41
John 12:41 is a reference to Isaiah 6:1-5. In this passage, Isaiah has a vision of God’s glory and majesty in the temple. He is so overwhelmed by what he sees that he falls to the ground and is filled with guilt for his sins. God then calls out to him to go and preach a message of repentance to the people. Isaiah obeys and is commissioned by God to be a prophet. This passage in John explains why Isaiah spoke of the coming of Jesus, the Son of God, because he had seen God’s glory in the temple.
