Interpretation of John Chapter 12 Verse 30

In John 12:30, Jesus is speaking in response to a loud voice from heaven that was heard by all. He tells the people that the voice was not for him, but for their sake. He is saying that the voice was meant to bring comfort and assurance to the people, and that it was a sign of God’s presence. Jesus then tells them to believe in the one who sent him and that whoever does so will have eternal life. He is telling them that their salvation is assured by their faith in him.
