Father, glorify thy name. There came therefore a voice out of heaven, [saying], I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.
Interpretation of John Chapter 12 Verse 28
In John 12:28, Jesus prays to his Father, asking Him to glorify His name. In response, a voice from heaven declares that God has already glorified His name, and will continue to do so. This passage serves as an assurance to Jesus and those who follow Him that God will always be glorified and that His presence will never be forgotten. It also serves as an encouragement to believers to continually give glory to God in all that they do.
