Then the lust, when it hath conceived, beareth sin: and the sin, when it is fullgrown, bringeth forth death.
Interpretation of James Chapter 1 Verse 15
James 1:15 is a warning about the consequences of sinful desires and actions. It states that when a person allows their sinful desires to take root in their heart, it will lead to sin. If the sin is allowed to grow and develop, it will eventually result in death. This death can be physical, spiritual, or both. The verse is a reminder that we must be vigilant in guarding our hearts and minds against sinful thoughts and desires, and that we must take action to turn away from sin before it leads to destruction.
