James Chapter 1 Verse 13

James 1:13

The Bible in James Chapter 1 Verse 13 says:

Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempteth no man:

Interpretation of James Chapter 1 Verse 13

James 1:13 is a reminder from God to His people that He does not tempt anyone with evil, and that no one should think that temptation is coming from God. God is holy, and He desires that His people also remain holy. Temptation is a result of our own desires, and it is up to us to resist it and turn away from it. God will help us in our journey of faith, but He cannot be tempted by evil.
