Interpretation of Hebrews Chapter 9 Verse 21

Hebrews 9:21 speaks of the tabernacle and all of the vessels of ministry that were sprinkled with the blood of animals, which were used in the Old Testament sacrificial system. This was done in order to signify the sanctification of the tabernacle and to make it holy. This was a reminder of the sacrifice that Jesus Christ gave on the cross, in which he offered himself as the perfect and final sacrifice for the sins of mankind. This verse reveals the importance of the sacrificial system of the Old Testament, which foreshadowed the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and his ultimate victory over death and sin.
