Hebrews 2:9
The Bible in Hebrews Chapter 2 Verse 9 says:
But we behold him who hath been made a little lower than the angels, [even] Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that by the grace of God he should taste of death for every [man].
Interpretation of Hebrews Chapter 2 Verse 9
In Hebrews 2:9, we see a reference to Jesus, who is described as being made lower than the angels, but who is still crowned with glory and honor. The purpose of this is made clear in the verse: it is through the grace of God that Jesus tasted death for every man. This points to Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice for humanity, as it was through His death on the cross that we were saved from our sins and reconciled to God.
