Hebrews 12:21
The Bible in Hebrews Chapter 12 Verse 21 says:
and so fearful was the appearance, [that] Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:
Interpretation of Hebrews Chapter 12 Verse 21
Hebrews 12:21 speaks of how Moses was so terrified when he encountered the glory of God on Mt. Sinai that he exclaimed, “I exceedingly fear and quake.” This was a recognition of God’s power and authority that Moses felt in his presence. The writer of Hebrews is using this story to encourage the readers to draw close to God in reverence and awe. He encourages them not to reject the call of God, but to respond to it in faith and obedience.
