Interpretation of Hebrews Chapter 11 Verse 13

Hebrews 11:13 is speaking about the great faith of the people of old, who believed in God’s promises despite never seeing them fulfilled in their lifetime. They held on to the hope that God’s promises would come true, even though they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. Despite not having received the promises, they believed in them, and died in faith, having seen them and greeted them from afar.
