Hebrews 1:13 is a quote from the Old Testament book of Psalms, where God is speaking of His Son, Jesus. The verse is expressing the exalted position of Jesus, the Messiah, as the one who is enthroned at the right hand of God. It is a reminder of the power and authority of Jesus, that He is above all other spiritual powers and is sovereign over all creation.
