Hebrews 1:1
The Bible in Hebrews Chapter 1 Verse 1 says:
God, having of old time spoken unto the fathers in the prophets by divers portions and in divers manners,
Interpretation of Hebrews Chapter 1 Verse 1
Hebrews 1:1 of the Holy Bible is a declaration of God’s sovereignty as the Creator of all things, and of His method of revealing Himself to His people. God has spoken to His people since the days of the prophets, and He has done so in many ways; through dreams, visions, and angelic visitations, and through His written Word, the Bible. He has given His people guidance and direction, encouragement and hope, and He has promised to continue to do so until the end of time. This passage is an affirmation of God’s power, love and faithfulness to His people.
