Galatians 2:21
The Bible in Galatians Chapter 2 Verse 21 says:
I do not make void the grace of God: for if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nought.
Interpretation of Galatians Chapter 2 Verse 21
In Galatians 2:21, Paul is arguing against the idea that a person must obey the law in order to be right with God. He is saying that such an idea would nullify the grace of God, because if it was possible to earn righteousness through the law, then Christ died for nothing. Paul is stressing that it is only through faith in Jesus Christ and His grace, not through our own efforts, that we can be right with God.
