Galatians 2:20
The Bible in Galatians Chapter 2 Verse 20 says:
I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me: and that [life] which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, [the faith] which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.
Interpretation of Galatians Chapter 2 Verse 20
Galatians 2:20 is a reminder from Paul to the Galatians of the transforming power of being “in Christ.” Paul is saying that through faith in Jesus, he has been crucified with Christ, and now it is no longer him living, but Christ living in him. He goes on to say that his life on earth is now lived in faith, the faith that is in the Son of God, who loved Paul and gave himself up for him. This verse is a powerful reminder to believers that when they give their lives to Christ, they are no longer living for themselves, but for Christ.
