Interpretation of Galatians Chapter 2 Verse 19

Galatians 2:19 is a verse from the New Testament of the Bible, in which the Apostle Paul is speaking. He is saying that by fulfilling the law (or commandments) of the Old Testament, he died to the law, that he may now live for God. In other words, he has fulfilled the law and is now free to follow God and not the law. This verse is a reminder that the law was only a temporary measure given by God to his people, and that it was never meant to be a permanent way of life. The freedom from the law given by Jesus is now the way of life for believers in Christ.
