Interpretation of Ephesians Chapter 4 Verse 26

In Ephesians 4:26, Paul encourages Christians to be angry, but never to sin. He warns them to not let the sun go down on their anger as it can lead to sin. He encourages them to instead express their anger in a righteous manner and to quickly settle any disputes before the day ends. He reminds them that God does not want them to be controlled by their emotions but to be guided by the Spirit and to display the fruits of the Spirit in their anger.
