Interpretation of Ephesians Chapter 2 Verse 3

Ephesians 2:3 is speaking about the lives of all people before they accepted the Gospel and were saved by Jesus Christ. It states that without Jesus, all of us were living in the desires of our own flesh and minds, following our own selfish and sinful desires. We were all under God’s wrath and destined to be condemned, just like the rest of humanity. But by the grace of God, through faith in the redeeming power of Jesus, we have been saved and given the hope of eternal life.
