The Bible in Ephesians Chapter 2 Verse 16 says:
and might reconcile them both in one body unto God through the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
Interpretation of Ephesians Chapter 2 Verse 16
Ephesians 2:16, from the New Testament of the Bible, speaks of reconciliation between God and humanity. Through the death of Jesus on the cross, the enmity between God and humanity is destroyed. This verse speaks of God restoring the relationship between Himself and humans, uniting them in the same body. Through Jesus’ death, the divide between God and humanity is eliminated and a new way of peace and unity is established.
