Interpretation of Colossians Chapter 1 Verse 15
Colossians 1:15 states that Jesus is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. He is the visible representation of God and holds a position of preeminence over all creation. As the firstborn, He existed before all things were created and all things were created through Him. He is Lord of all and all things are subject to Him. He is the source of redemption and reconciliation. He is the one through whom God reveals Himself to the world.
