2 Timothy 4:17

The Bible in 2 Timothy Chapter 4 Verse 17 says:

But the Lord stood by me, and strengthened me; that through me the message might me fully proclaimed, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.

Interpretation of 2 Timothy Chapter 4 Verse 17

2 Timothy 4:17 speaks of God’s faithfulness and strength in Paul’s life as he proclaimed the gospel. Paul was facing adversaries, including the “mouth of the lion,” but God stood by him and gave him the strength to persevere. Paul was able to proclaim the message of the gospel to the Gentiles and was ultimately delivered out of the mouth of the lion. This verse is a testimony to God’s faithfulness and power in the life of Paul, and a reminder to all believers that God will strengthen us in times of difficulty.
