2 Thessalonians 1:1
The Bible in 2 Thessalonians Chapter 1 Verse 1 says:
Paul, and Silvanus, and Timothy, unto the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ;
Interpretation of 2 Thessalonians Chapter 1 Verse 1
2 Thessalonians 1 is a letter written by the Apostle Paul to the church of Thessalonica. In it, Paul expresses his joy that their faith is growing in the face of persecution and suffering. He encourages them to remain steadfast in the Lord and to extend their love and care for one another. He also gives them a warning about those who refuse to believe in Jesus, and he describes the punishment that will come upon them in the end.
