Interpretation of 2 Peter Chapter 2 Verse 8
2 Peter 2:8 is talking about a righteous man who is living among people who are committing lawless deeds. The righteous man is troubled by what he sees and hears, and is grieved by the lawlessness of the people every day. This passage is reminding us that it is hard to be righteous when surrounded by unrighteousness. We must be careful to guard our hearts and minds against the influences of the world, and to stay focused on following God’s laws.
