2 Corinthians 4:4
The Bible in 2 Corinthians Chapter 4 Verse 4 says:
in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn [upon them].
Interpretation of 2 Corinthians Chapter 4 Verse 4
In 2 Corinthians 4:4, Paul speaks of how the god of this world (Satan) has blinded the minds of unbelievers, preventing them from seeing the light of the gospel of Christ, who is the image of God. This blindness is a spiritual blindness, as Paul goes on to explain that this blindness is a result of the spiritual darkness that Satan has created and spread throughout the world. Paul calls on Christians to be ambassadors of God’s light in the midst of this darkness, and to proclaim the gospel of Christ to all who will hear it.
