2 Corinthians 3:14
The Bible in 2 Corinthians Chapter 3 Verse 14 says:
but their minds were hardened: for until this very day at the reading of the old covenant the same veil remaineth, it not being revealed [to them] that it is done away in Christ.
Interpretation of 2 Corinthians Chapter 3 Verse 14
In 2 Corinthians 3:14, Paul is referring to the people of Israel, who have read the Old Covenant but have not yet seen the spiritual truth that it has been fulfilled in Christ. He laments that their minds are hardened, and that the veil remains over their eyes, preventing them from seeing the spiritual truth that has been revealed in Christ. He encourages the Christians at Corinth to be thankful that they have received the grace of understanding, and to be humble in the face of the truth of Christ.
