2 Corinthians 13:5
The Bible in 2 Corinthians Chapter 13 Verse 5 says:
Try your own selves, whether ye are in the faith; prove your own selves. Or know ye not as to your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you? unless indeed ye be reprobate.
Interpretation of 2 Corinthians Chapter 13 Verse 5
In 2 Corinthians 13:5, Paul encourages the believers in Corinth to test themselves and make sure they are living lives of faith in Jesus Christ. He asks them to reflect on whether or not Jesus Christ is alive within them, as a sign of their faithfulness. If they find that Jesus is not alive within them, Paul warns that they may be rejected by God. This passage is a reminder to Christians that it is important to examine our lives and make sure that we are living faithfully and in accordance with the teachings of Jesus Christ.
