Interpretation of 2 Corinthians Chapter 12 Verse 3

In 2 Corinthians 12:3, the Apostle Paul is referring to himself when he says, “And I know such a man (whether in the body, or apart from the body, I know not; God knoweth).” Paul is talking about a vision he had of himself being caught up to the third heaven and being shown things that were not possible to relate in words. He knows that he had the experience, but he is not sure if it was in his physical body or if he had left his body and was taken up to heaven. Only God knows for sure.
