2 Corinthians 11:9
The Bible in 2 Corinthians Chapter 11 Verse 9 says:
and when I was present with you and was in want, I was not a burden on any man; for the brethren, when they came from Macedonia, supplied the measure of my want; and in everything I kept myself from being burdensome unto you, and [so] will I keep [myself].
Interpretation of 2 Corinthians Chapter 11 Verse 9
In 2 Corinthians 11:9, Paul is explaining that even though he was in need while he was present with the Corinthians, he did not ask them for help. Instead, he received assistance from the brethren who had come from Macedonia. He also assured the Corinthians that he would continue to not burden them with his needs in the future.
