Interpretation of 2 Corinthians Chapter 11 Verse 17
In 2 Corinthians 11:17, Paul is emphasizing that his boasting is not done in the same way as the Lord’s, but rather in a foolish manner. He is saying that he is confident in his own glory, which is not equal to the Lord’s glory. He is not trying to compare himself to the Lord, but is instead using his own accomplishments to demonstrate the truth of his teachings. Paul is also emphasizing that his boasting is not done to seek attention or to be praised, but to show the truth of the gospel.
