1 Peter 2:21
The Bible in 1 Peter Chapter 2 Verse 21 says:
For hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, that ye should follow his steps:
Interpretation of 1 Peter Chapter 2 Verse 21
In 1 Peter 2:21, the apostle Peter encourages Christians to follow the example of Christ by enduring suffering and hardship. He reminds them that they have been called to do this, because Christ Himself suffered and died for their sake. Peter encourages them to imitate Christ’s steps and follow His example of self-sacrifice and obedience to God. By doing so, they will be rewarded with ultimate salvation.
