Interpretation of 1 Peter Chapter 2 Verse 15
In 1 Peter 2:15, the apostle Peter encourages believers to put to silence the ignorance of foolish people by doing what is right. Peter is reminding believers that God’s will is for them to live a life of goodness, not just to avoid wickedness. By living a life of good deeds, they can shut down the foolish talk of those who are ignorant of God’s truth. This passage serves as an encouragement to believers to stay true to their faith and to continue doing what is right, even when faced with criticism from those who do not understand the will of God.
