2 Kings 11:19
The Bible in 2 Kings Chapter 11 Verse 19 says:
And he took the captains over hundreds, and the Carites, and the guard, and all the people of the land; and they brought down the king from the house of Jehovah, and came by the way of the gate of the guard unto the king’s house. And he sat on the throne of the kings.
Interpretation of 2 Kings Chapter 11 Verse 19
In 2 Kings 11:19, King Joash is rescued from the temple of the Lord by the captains of hundreds, the Carites, the guard, and all the people of the land. They bring him to the king’s house and he is placed on the throne. Joash is now the king of Israel, ruling over the people. This is a sign of God’s favor and protection, as He has chosen Joash to lead His people.
