2 Peter 2:5
The Bible in 2 Peter Chapter 2 Verse 5 says:
and spared not the ancient world, but preserved Noah with seven others, a preacher of righteousness, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly;
Interpretation of 2 Peter Chapter 2 Verse 5
In 2 Peter 2:5, the Bible tells us that God did not spare the world from punishment in the past, but he chose to save Noah and seven other people who followed Noah’s preaching of righteousness. Noah was a faithful servant of God and warned the people of the world of their ungodly ways. God then sent a great flood to punish the people who had turned away from his teachings and destroyed the world of the ungodly. Thus, the Bible reminds us that God will never compromise on his standards of righteousness and will always punish those who disobey him.
