2 Peter 1:4
The Bible in 2 Peter Chapter 1 Verse 4 says:
whereby he hath granted unto us his precious and exceeding great promises; that through these ye may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in that world by lust.
Interpretation of 2 Peter Chapter 1 Verse 4
2 Peter 1:4 speaks of God’s great promises, which enable us to become partakers of His divine nature. Through these promises, we have been freed from the corruption of the world caused by our own sinful desires. It is through our faith in Jesus Christ and embracing the promises of God that we will be able to live in a way that is pleasing to Him.
