1 Peter 3:20
The Bible in 1 Peter Chapter 3 Verse 20 says:
that aforetime were disobedient, when the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water:
Interpretation of 1 Peter Chapter 3 Verse 20
This verse from 1 Peter 3:20 is a reference to the story of Noah in the Bible. It speaks of how God gave people a chance to repent and be saved from the Great Flood. God’s patience and mercy are highlighted, as He waited for people to turn to Him before sending the flood. In the end, only eight people were saved – Noah and his family – as they were obedient and followed God’s commands.
