1 Peter 2:25
The Bible in 1 Peter Chapter 2 Verse 25 says:
For ye were going astray like sheep; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.
Interpretation of 1 Peter Chapter 2 Verse 25
In 1 Peter 2:25, the apostle Peter is reminding the readers that they have gone astray like sheep, but have now returned to Jesus, the Shepherd and Bishop of their souls. Peter is encouraging the readers to remain faithful in their obedience to Jesus and to follow Him, for He is the only one who can lead them back to the Father. By returning to Jesus, they can find true peace and joy, and can be free from all of the struggles and worries of life. Jesus is the only one who can provide true and lasting salvation and hope.
