For you therefore that believe is the preciousness: but for such as disbelieve, The stone which the builders rejected, The same was made the head of the corner;

Interpretation of 1 Peter Chapter 2 Verse 7

1 Peter 2:7 is a powerful reminder that those who believe in Jesus Christ are precious to God and will be welcomed as His chosen people. However, those who reject Him will be rejected by Him and will suffer the consequences. This verse is a call to everyone to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and to live by His teachings. It is a warning to those who reject Him, that they will be rejected by Him and will be held accountable for their actions. The imagery of the stone being rejected by the builders and then becoming the cornerstone of the building is a reminder of how Jesus was rejected by the world and yet became the cornerstone of the church.
