1 Peter 1:11
The Bible in 1 Peter Chapter 1 Verse 11 says:
searching what [time] or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did point unto, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glories that should follow them.
Interpretation of 1 Peter Chapter 1 Verse 11
In 1 Peter 1:11, the apostle Peter encourages Christians to focus on Christ and what the Spirit of Christ testified in the past. He states that the Spirit of Christ looked forward to the sufferings of Christ and the glorious things that would follow. Peter encourages his readers to reflect on the Spirit of Christ’s testimony and to think about the time in which he testified. He also reminds them of the hope that we have in the Lord, and the joy that comes from faith in His promises. He encourages them to remain faithful in the face of suffering, knowing that God is faithful and will bring about the glorious things that were spoken of by the Spirit of Christ.
