James Chapter 2 Verse 25

James 2:25

The Bible in James Chapter 2 Verse 25 says:

And in like manner was not also Rahab the harlot justified by works, in that she received the messengers, and sent them out another way?

Interpretation of James Chapter 2 Verse 25

James 2:25 is referring to the story of Rahab, a Canaanite prostitute who helped two Israelite spies escape from Jericho. Rahab was praised for showing faith in God by risking her life to protect the spies, and as James 2:25 says, she was justified by her actions because she received the messengers and sent them out on another way. This passage teaches us that our actions are an expression of our faith in God and that He rewards those who show faith in Him through obedience.
