Hebrews 12:5
The Bible in Hebrews Chapter 12 Verse 5 says:
and ye have forgotten the exhortation which reasoneth with you as with sons, My son, regard not lightly the chastening of the Lord, Nor faint when thou art reproved of him;
Interpretation of Hebrews Chapter 12 Verse 5
In Hebrews 12:5, the author is reminding the readers not to take the Lord’s discipline lightly, or become discouraged when they are corrected by Him. He encourages them to remember the exhortation of being treated as sons, which is a reminder that God’s discipline is for their good and it is an expression of His love and care. He encourages them to face their trials and struggles with courage, knowing that the Lord will use them to make them stronger and more mature in their faith.
