Hebrews 9:12
The Bible in Hebrews Chapter 9 Verse 12 says:
nor yet through the blood of goats and calves, but through his own blood, entered in once for all into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption.
Interpretation of Hebrews Chapter 9 Verse 12
Hebrews 9:12 is talking about how Jesus Christ, the perfect and spotless Lamb of God, entered into the holy place in Heaven once, and secured eternal redemption for all who believe in Him. Through His own blood, Jesus paid the price for our sins and opened the way to eternal life. The blood of animals offered in the Old Testament could not bring about this eternal redemption; only the blood of Christ could do that. This verse is a reminder that Jesus is the only way to salvation and eternal life.
