The Bible in Hebrews Chapter 7 Verse 18 says:
For there is a disannulling of a foregoing commandment because of its weakness and unprofitableness
Interpretation of Hebrews Chapter 7 Verse 18
In Hebrews 7:18, the author is speaking about the old law, which was weak and unprofitable. The author points out that the old law has been set aside and replaced by the new law of Jesus Christ, which is superior and more profitable. The old law is no longer valid, and all who follow the old law are no longer under its authority. The new law is the only law that is to be followed, and those who accept it will receive the blessings of eternal life.
