Hebrews 3:8
The Bible in Hebrews Chapter 3 Verse 8 says:
Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, Like as in the day of the trial in the wilderness,
Interpretation of Hebrews Chapter 3 Verse 8
In Hebrews 3:8, the author is warning the readers not to harden their hearts towards God as the Israelites did in the wilderness. The Israelites had been tested in the wilderness and refused to obey God, provoking God’s wrath. The author is warning readers that if they do not heed God’s word and follow His commands, they too will experience His wrath. He encourages readers to remain obedient and faithful to God, and to not give in to temptation or provocation.
