Interpretation of Titus Chapter 1 Verse 5

In this verse, Paul is speaking to Titus, a fellow Christian leader. Paul instructed Titus to go to Crete, a Mediterranean island, and to set in order the things that were lacking in the church there. He also instructed Titus to appoint elders in every city, as Paul had previously charged him to do.
