2 Timothy 4:10
The Bible in 2 Timothy Chapter 4 Verse 10 says:
for Demas forsook me, having loved this present world, and went to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia.
Interpretation of 2 Timothy Chapter 4 Verse 10
In 2 Timothy 4:10, Paul speaks of the departure of his two companions, Demas and Crescens, from his side. Demas had forsaken him, having loved the ways of the world more than the ways of the Lord. Crescens had also departed, going to Galatia. Titus had also left, travelling to Dalmatia. While Paul was saddened by their departures, he was nevertheless grateful for the time they had been able to spend together. He commended their work and prayed that the Lord would be with them wherever they went.
